HiCity is the entrepreneurship and innovation center of the municipality of Herzliya.

The Center promotes, initiates and coordinates contacts and opportunities for interaction between start-ups, the business sector, academia and the local authority with a special focus on Sustainability and the Environment. The Center’s main goal is to improve the lives of the City’s residents and to prepare for unforeseen climate-related changes through the creation of a cutting-edge, innovative ecosystem. 

The City of Herzliya has a vision of being a leader in sustainability and the environment at the municipal level in Israel. To this end, the City will serve as a pilot for related initiatives, where the intention is to implement these innovations throughout the City. Through these, the City inhabitants stand to benefit from the collaborations put forward by the Center, and the City will better prepare for future unforeseen climate scenarios. The Center seeks to realize the potential inherent to innovation, to leverage and achieve environmental benefits, economic benefits and other benefits of interest to the public.
